the POT has gone!!! (guojiaolian shall be referred to as the pot from today on. because in chinese, guo = pot) so have the SEAgames people. boohoo. today's training was slack. this whole week, training has been slacker than normal. maybe recovery week? i don't know. but it's making me put on weight! i am hungry more often and now i burn less so i am growing fat. i do not like this. my face! is terrible. peemples everywhere. stress ah stress. xh is irritating. he likes to assert his "power" as a coach. in the wrong way. and esp infront of parents. it just ticks me off. like .. your not even an official coach?! i can't respect him cos he acts like a small kid. argh. irritated. two weeks with this guy. oh dear. silly sally also. silly sally not as irritating, but then she's always mia. hmmm.... looks like training will have to be self-driven now. must have more drive and not slack! no matter how easy it is to slack. or else my weight will shoot up like a .. chute. okay rubbish. chutes dont shoot up.
today was irritating. oh and some guy got knocked over or i don't know what. but there was a lot of blood. very scary. i think my bike went over some blood. on the road. oh no. very scary. i hope he's alive and well. the ambulance came. took him away.
